But he opted go trick-or-treating with partner Angelina Jolie and their kids in Hollywood. He switched his tuxedo for a DJ Lance Rock costume and hit the streets. James Magee, a representative for Global Event Management, tells Life & Style magazine Pitt was expected at the gala: "We were told he would be attending as the guest of the Tourism Development & Investment Company, but he was a no-show, and nobody seemed to know why." NICK JONAS will debut his new band THE ADMINISTRATION at the Grammy Nominations Concert Live next month (02Dec09).The teenager confirmed reports he'd formed an offshoot band last month (Oct09) and he's already all set to present the act to fans. But he won't be leaving his brothers and bandmates out of the big debut - Kevin and Joe Jonas will introduce the act. Nick Jonas + The Administration will perform alongside the Black Eyed Peas, Maxwell and Sugarland at the Grammys show, which will take place at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Jonas reportedly recorded The Administration’s first album in Nashville, Tennessee in just two weeks. The band features top session musicians, including producer John Fields and Prince's former keyboard player Tommy Barbarella.

PARIS HILTON's on/off romance with DOUG REINHARDT is giving her Hollywood neighbors a headache - they were forced to call in the police following a noisy disturbance in the early hours of Wednesday (18Nov09).The socialite reunited with Reinhardt earlier this year (09) after a brief split, but their relationship has been dogged by reports of arguments and fights. Cops were called to Hilton's Hollywood Hills home last month (Oct09) after receiving noise complaints from annoyed locals, and they paid Hilton another visit on Wednesday when concerned neighbors witnessed a heated altercation turn ugly. According to TMZ.com, Reinhardt was climbing into his car to leave when Hilton pleaded with him, "Don't go, don't go!" The reality TV star then got out of his vehicle and the couple began "shoving each other" before returning to the house. Police officers arrived at Hilton's home shortly afterwards to speak to the star and left without incident.

The JONAS BROTHERS stunned pupils at a U.K. school on Wednesday (18Nov09) when they turned up unannounced for an impromptu performance.The sibling trio visited Ryton Comprehensive School in Gateshead, England as part of the British government's Tune In - Year of Music campaign, which aims to inspire young musicians. The brothers performed an acoustic set of their biggest hits, before answering questions from the starstruck crowd. And the band was delighted to be able to share their wisdom with their young fans. Kevin Jonas says, "We hope to inspire kids to pick up an instrument if they have never done so before or to practice more if they already know how to play." Brother Joe adds, "We're just here pretty much to tell the kids how important it is to live out your dream and if your dream is music then we have some advice to give them."

Wentz has previously told of his desire to leave Los Angeles after tiring of the attention from photographers - and the couple now has France in its sights. He tells Britain's Kerrang! magazine, "When I leave my house there are 10 cars waiting outside to take pictures. We have to go from secure location to secure location, places where my wife and kid won't get photographed too much. My wife works in L.A., so it's really hard. I'd love to live in another country for a year while our son is still young enough. Somewhere cool, like France. Maybe we wouldn't get bugged as much."
