Your song No Average Angel has had great success on Radio Disney. You also recently had your Radio Disney Takeover. Tell us how is feels to be a Radio Disney Superstar.
No Average Angel has been a very special song to me, mainly because of it's message. I'm so glad the fans connected with it as well. Every week I am so excited to see where it lands. I have to thank the most amazing fans. I am so grateful. Hurry & Save Me is a favorite song from my CD. I hope to hear on Radio Disney too one day. It's a really catchy dance tune that you can't get out of your head ! The crew at Radio Disney has been so wonderful to me, from Ernie D to Jake, they are really fun people to meet and get to know!
You will be playing some HUGE Summer tour dates. Can you tell us more about that....
This is going to be a sensational summer for me as a new artist. To go from summer camp tours and schools to stadiums is a dream come true. Mitchel Musso is a real exciting guy and look forward to touring with him and my band. I should have some fun stories to share by the end of the summer.
And we see that you've be recording as well. Tell us more about that?
My new music is on the way, and it's going to be some what of a more mature version of me. I still love rock and writing has become an everyday ritual for me. I can't wait to record again and look forward to it.
Where are you getting your inspiration for this new music?
I am living my life and putting it all into song. I think a lot people will relate. The new sound is so amazing and I am really proud of my recent work. Look forward to sharing it with all of you one day.
As an independent artist, what separates you from everyone else in the Pop scene?
I feel I have a New York rock kind of vibe going on. I like to have fun with my music. Performing live is something I really get into.
We're seeing and hearing more of you than ever, on blogs, websites, radio etc. How do you stay grounded and keep your connection with the fans?
I still put myself out there to the fans. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be where I am. I try to meet everybody that comes to my shows. They can follow me on Twitter(
twitter.com/tiffanygiardina) and see my everyday life. I'm pretty addicted to Twitter. I have been going LIVE on SayNow, where you can actually call my cell phone and talk to me. I still answer MySpace messages. I just don't want to lose my connection to the fans like a lot of other artists.
What words do you want to leave your fans with for the summer?
Keep requesting my songs on Radio Disney, I couldn't thank you enough for that. I hope to see everyone out at a few of my shows this Summer. Stay with me thru this journey. I'm really proud of everything I've done and it's going to be a HUGE Summer.
