Chris Evans is to Avoid Gay Brother

Chris Evans (hottie from Fantastic Four and the upcoming film Push) is being forced to avoid nights out with his openly homosexual brother, Scott.

Though he has no problem with homosexuality, he is forced to decline invitations from his brother to hang out at gay bars. His brother frequently asks to go on outings at gay bars, and Evan's, being straight, is afraid of his sexuality being questioned if a photo happens to be taken of him at a gay bar.

He says, "I’m down with the gays. Mostly I’m hanging out with (my brother) and his gay buddies, who are f**king hilarious. They’re the funniest people I know. They’ve invited me out to gay bars before, and I said, 'Look, guys, I’ve got to draw the line there.' That’s where a photo will get taken, it will run in magazines, and before you know it, I’ll be living down the gay rumour for the rest of my life."

That sounds pretty reasonable to me. What do YOU think?

Milano Engaged to Marry Agent

Actress Alyssa Milano is engaged to marry top Hollywood agent David Bugliari.

Before hooking up with the CAA agent, Milano dated baseball stars Carl Pavano, Barry Zito and Brad Penny, and confessed she was tired of the reputation she was beginning to get.

In one interview she said, "I'm 'the chick that dates athletes'... I'd love to just find a good plumber or doctor."

Bugliari proposed to the former Charmed star just before Christmas, HOW CUTE!? We wish you all both the best of luck!

Spears Decoy Sues LAX Police

A decoy for Jamie Lynn Spears is suing LAX police for not warning her of the dangers of posing as the young star.

Adessa Eskeridge (decoy) is suing the building’s police department for $2 million.
The incident took place in September (08) while Jamie Lynn was to return from giving birth to her daughter Maddie.

Adessa Eskeridge, who was on the same flight as Spears, claims that authorities told her, "You're going to help us with something". Eskeridge claims she was not prepared to be mobbed by paparazzi, that she would be in fear of her well-being, that her picture would be taken and that video of her would be all over the internet. She also claims that she wasn’t given the same protection that would’ve been given to Jamie Lynn herself.

Later, A spokesman for the LAX Police Department declared an internal investigation was being held because the force had no such policy to provide a decoy for celebrities.

Why else would she need a decoy except to escape the paparazzi? You’d think Eskeridge would’ve figured that out. She seems a little upset with being known as the “fake Jamie Lynn Spears - a nobody”. I’m sure the paparazzi were a bit upset about her being a fake too.

Twilight on DVD

Pitt: 'Jolie didn't wreck my marriage'

BRAD PITT has attempted to quash rumours ANGELINA JOLIE wrecked his marriage to JENNIFER ANISTON by insisting there was no "dastardly affair".

The former Friends star hit out at the Tomb Raider actress in October (08) when she branded Jolie "uncool" for admitting she had fallen in love with Pitt while making 2005's Mr. and Mrs. Smith - when he was still married to Aniston.

But Pitt has rushed to his partner's defence by declaring they did not have an affair.

He tells the February (09) issue of W magazine, "What people don't understand is that we filmed Mr. and Mrs. Smith for a year. We were still filming after Jen (Aniston) and I split up.

"Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't."

And Pitt insists he and Aniston have managed to maintain an amicable relationship - despite tabloid reports of a supposed rivalry between the actress and her ex-husband's new love.

He adds, "I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It's so created.

"We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be (that). That's life, man. That's life."

T.I. pays up for ex's legal bills after 'clerical error'

Rapper T.I. has defended his failure to obey a court ruling and cover his ex-girlfriend's legal costs in their ongoing custody battle, blaming the non-payment on a "clerical error".

The Whatever You Like hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris Jr., was hauled back to Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta, Georgia on Tuesday (06Jan09), after lawyers for his former lover and mother of two of his children, LaShon Dixon, claimed he had yet to hand over the $8,000 he owed in legal fees, as ruled by a judge in September (08).

At that hearing, T.I. was also ordered to pay more than $3,000 a month to Dixon, on top of their two sons' private school tuition, uninsured medical bills and various expenses racked up by the children's extracurricular activities. The deadline for the outstanding amount was 19 November (08).

T.I. appeared before Judge Tipton Lane on Tuesday and referred to the non-payment as an oversight, before handing over a cheque for the cash.

But Dixon is still unhappy with the amount of child support she receives for their sons, aged seven and eight. She is reportedly seeking around $10,000 a month, because she claims the $6,000 they currently get is not enough.

Dixon further asserted her two kids are missing out on the lavish lifestyle the rapper and his fiancee, Tameka 'Tiny' Cottle, enjoy with their two sons, and she wants the cash difference to be reflected in her monthly payments.

She told the judge she was asking for more money "so it's not so uneven and noticeable between the children. Not so noticeable that it's different".

However, T.I.'s lawyer John Mayoue insisted his client was always prepared to give all his children the best: "Basketball camp, acting lessons, anything."

The star, who has also fathered another child with a former girlfriend, added, "My children are still the number one thing. They're the most important thing in my life and they are what I work for."

He went on to question the way Dixon spent her monthly allowance, saying: "I think the children's different standard of living with her is due to her lifestyle that she has provided for herself."

Judge Lane has yet to make a decision regarding Dixon's latest request.

Soulja Boy gets animated

Rap star SOULJA BOY has launched an animated series online - starring himself.

The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hitmaker, real name DeAndre Ramone Way, released the first episode of Soulja Boy Tell'em: The Animated Series online on Tuesday (06Jan09).

The cartoon, a mixture of live action and animation, will follow the life of the star as he enjoys his newfound fame, before he is suddenly forced to go back to high school.

His character enlists the help of his pals to keep him out of the classroom by whatever means necessary, much to the fury of the school's principal, voiced by Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribiero.

And Brian Washington, Marketing Director for Soulja Boy's label Interscope Records, is delighted with the rapper's latest venture.

He says, "Soulja Boy is one of the most charismatic artists of his generation. His ability to speak to his fans and, just as importantly, the way in which he does so, makes him such an innovator in how music and entertainment is consumed and discovered today."

Perry to sing with fan at the Grammys

One lucky KATY PERRY fan will get the chance to sing with her at the Grammy Awards as part of a new online video contest.

Devotees are being asked to upload videos of themselves singing along to Perry's I Kissed a Girl hit - and the best rendition will earn its performer the chance to shine at the Grammys.

The contest, on the Grammy's official site, will make up part of this year's My Grammy Moment.

The 51st Grammy Awards will take place in Los Angeles on 8 February (09).

Perry is nominated in the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance category for I Kissed A Girl.

Aguilera to design clothes range?

CHRISTINA AGUILERA is set to design a line of clothes for a British fashion store, according to reports.

The Keeps Gettin' Better hitmaker is in talks with the owner of Topshop, Sir Philip Green, to create an exclusive range for the chain, which also sells designs by supermodel Kate Moss.

A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Sir Philip has started talks with Christina and hopes to sign a deal soon. She has visited his offices in London and they are thrashing out the details.

"Philip loves her style and believes she would add something new to TopShop. Christina is the blonde bombshell who is into pop whereas Kate is the rock chick and model.

"She'd appeal to a younger shopper than Kate."

Rihanna agrees to cover up for Malaysia show

Raunchy R+B star RIHANNA has promised to tone down her live act for a concert in Malaysia next month (Feb09), because she doesn't want to offend any of the Muslim country's citizens.

The Malaysian government have strict rules when it comes to female performers, and artists are required to cover up from their shoulders to their knees.

And the Umbrella hitmaker, who is known for donning flesh-baring PVC corsets and knee high boots for her gigs, has agreed to abide by the conservative laws when she takes her Good Girl Gone Bad roadshow to Kuala Lumpur on 13 February (09).

Razman Razali, managing director of Pineapple Concerts, the promoters behind the show, says Rihanna's management is "aware of the country's regulations and the difficulties of doing a show".

Artists like Avril Lavigne and Gwen Stefani have previously faced protests in the country for their immodest wardrobe choices, and the former No Doubt singer lashed out at the government by claiming she made "a major sacrifice" when she gave in to the dress rules for her show in the country last year (08).
