JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE has won a permanent restraining order against a woman accused of harassing him after declaring fears for his safety in court.The pop star was ordered to appear in a Los Angeles court on Monday (09Nov09) to personally testify against Karen McNeil in a bid to make permanent a temporary restraining order he received in October (09). Instead, Timberlake submitted a sworn document detailing his concerns for himself and his loved ones via attorney Marty Singer - and now McNeil has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the star, his home and vehicle. Timberlake's statement, obtained by TMZ.com, reads: "Ms. McNeil's ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing. I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends. "I respectfully request that the Court make an order prohibiting and restraining Ms. McNeil from coming near me, my residence, my workplaces or wherever I am." A Los Angeles judge has granted JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE a restraining order against an unwelcome visitor to his home.The pop star's lawyers claim Karen McNeil has been showing up at Timberlake's door unexpectedly - and refusing to leave. They refer to her as an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker". TMZ.com reports McNeil was arrested on the Cry Me A River star's property on Thursday (22Oct09). She was reportedly taken to hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, and later released. McNeil has previously been banned from getting close to rocker Axl Rose. She was sentenced to a year in prison after repeatedly disobeying a court order banning her from coming within 300 yards of the Guns N' Roses star's property. She once claimed she was Rose's wife.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE was devastated when he met his sporting hero, football star PEYTON MANNING - and the quarterback had no idea who he was.Timberlake bumped into Manning at a charity bash back in 1998, while the singer was in boyband 'N Sync, and shortly after the athlete had turned pro with the Indianapolis Colts. He was thrilled because Manning had played for Timberlake's favourite college team, the University of Tennessee (UT) - but the meeting turned sour when the young star was confused for hired help. Timberlake says, "I met Peyton Manning at a charity bowling event. I was still a teenager at the time, I was really excited to meet him. JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE is turning his charity endeavors into a family affair - teaming up with girlfriend JESSICA BIEL's father to support underprivileged children.Philanthropist Jon Biel showed the pop star a newspaper article about New York City's Ten O'Clock Classics, a group of classical musicians who offer instruments and lessons to schoolkids, and convinced him to get involved and help out. Timberlake has since agreed to autograph a baby grand piano to be auctioned off, with the proceeds going to the non-profit organization. Founder Ronen Segev says, "He cares about music education and wants to make sure these kids can continue to have music lessons. They listen to his music and they connect with him. The resort had its official opening at the weekend, and Timberlake celebrated by being the first to tee-off in an early morning game with his mother, stepfather and an old family friend.
