MILEY CYRUS is celebrating another number one - the soundtrack to HANNAH MONTANA: THE MOVIE has crept to the top of the album charts four weeks after it was released. The compilation, which features songs by Miley Cyrus, her dad Billy Ray Cyrus and pal Taylor Swift, has reached topped  the Billboard chart with impressive fourth-week sales of 133,000.   The Hannah Montana film debuted at the top of the box office over the Easter weekend (10-12Apr09).   Rap mogul Diddy's boy band creation Day26 crash into the new album chart at two with Forever In a Day and last week's chart-topper, Unstoppable by Rascal Flatts, falls to three on the new countdown.   The Twilight soundtrack and the Now 30 compilation round out the top five.

Fictional pop star HANNAH MONTANA has stormed the pop charts with six songs from her new movie soundtrack. The teen pop sensation, aka Miley Cyrus, claims the new chart's number eight spot with The Climb, Taylor Swift's Crazier climbs to 38, and four other tracks, including her duet with dad Billy Ray Cyrus, Butterfly Fly Away, hold positions between 75 and 100.   The Black Eyed Peas' Boom Boom Pow scores a second week at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, Lady GaGa's Poker Face holds onto the number two spot and Flo Rida's Right Round stays put at three.   Country star Kellie Pickler claims the week's highest debut at 50, with Best Days Of Your Life.

MILEY CYRUS' HANNAH MONTANA: THE MOVIE has taken over the top spot at the U.S. box office, boasting earnings of $34 million in its debut weekend (10-12Apr09). It's the second number one domestic box office debut for Cyrus and her Disney alter-ego Hannah Montana - who took the top spot last year (08) with a 3-D concert film.   Vin Diesel and Paul Walker's Fast & Furious was knocked from the top spot, but pulled in at second with earnings of $28.8 million.   But the action film has held on to the title for the biggest opening weekend of 2009, boasting a two-week total of $118 million.   Animated film Monsters vs Aliens took third place with $22.6 million and was followed by Seth Rogen's new comedy, Observe and Report, which debuted at $11.1 million.   Nicolas Cage's thriller Knowing rounded out the top five, taking in $6.7 million in its fourth week at the box office.

Hannah Montana: The Movie had a stellar opening day and pulled in over $17.4 million in box office receipts. That is the best day for a G-rated movie ever in the history of the movies. The movie is estimated to pull in over $30 million for the weekend alone which should bring it to number one at the box office beating out Fast & Furious.
