PINK was held by security ahead of her gig in Birmingham, England on Friday (30Oct09) - when a bouncer failed to recognize her.The So What hitmaker was denied access to her dressing room on Friday morning as she attempted to prepare for her show at the city's National Indoor Arena (NIA). Security guards posted outside the door failed to recognize the star and refused her entry. Pink was finally allowed into the backstage area after showing her identification. A man accused of harassing MILEY CYRUS has been sentenced to 24 months' probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct following his summer (Aug09) arrest near the set of her latest movie.Mark McLeod, 53, was taken into police custody twice in August (09) after allegedly harassing the Disney star while she was shooting The Last Song in Georgia. He initially faced the more serious charge of attempted stalking, but that case was dismissed on Wednesday (28Oct09) when a grand jury at Chatham County State Court ruled there was insufficient evidence to indict him. McLeod returned to court on Friday (30Oct09), when he appeared before a State Court judge in Savannah to answer misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and obstruction. RYAN SEACREST has won a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking him with a knife.The TV and radio host's lawyers headed to court just hours after Chidi Uzomah was arrested wielding a knife outside Seacrest's Los Angeles offices on Friday (30Oct09). It's the third time Uzomah has attempted to make contact with the star. Last month (Sep09) he was convicted of three misdemeanours after fighting with Seacrest's bodyguard at a California hospital. He was also seen looking for Seacrest at a Burbank radio station the same month. According to TMZ.com, Seacrest's lawyer Blair Berk made the swift decision so Uzomah could be served the order while he's still being interrogated by cops on felony stalking charges.
