Cops stopped the man and detained him on suspicion of trespassing. He was later released without charge, according to TMZ.com.

The MEN IN BLACK are returning to the big screen - TROPIC THUNDER's screenwriter is drafting up a script for the third film in the alien franchise.Writer Etan Cohen has been hired to pen the latest offering, and his work is expected to bring actors Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones back together, according to Variety. The hugely successful series first hit the big screen in 1997, pulling in a huge $600 million at the box office. Its 2002 sequel, Men in Black II, brought in an equally impressive $441 million. The films follows the adventures of a pair of alien immigration officers who police and monitor the extra-terrestrials who make their home on Earth.

The man accused of hounding MILEY CYRUS has escaped charges for attempted stalking after a grand jury ruled there wasn't enough evidence to indict him.Mark McLeod, 53, was arrested twice this summer (09) for hounding Miley Cyrus on the Georgia set of her latest movie The Last Song. He was taken into custody in August (09), just weeks after he was cautioned by cops in June (09) for making "inappropriate comments" to young Miley Cyrus fans. McLeod had also told officers he was engaged to the young star and that she sent him secret messages via her TV show, Hannah Montana. Judge Steven Scheer branded Mark McLeod "a danger" to Miley Cyrus and her young fans when the suspect appeared in court to face counts of attempted stalking, obstruction of a police officer and disturbing the peace in August (09).
