And the 24 year old admits she was so desperate to get her fix, she had surgery on her lips to get more drugs. She says, "My dad got a nose job so he could get drugs. I used my dad's f**king tricks. MICHAEL LOHAN is fuming after his daughter LINDSAY's probation for a 2007 arrest was extended by a year - because he thinks the actress should have been sent to rehab.The Mean Girls star failed to complete an alcohol education program, which she was ordered to undertake as part of her sentence for driving under the influence (DUI) and drug possession in August 2007. She was summoned to appear before Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel on Friday (16Oct09), where her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley requested her probation be extended. The judge granted the court motion, although prosecutors warned Lindsay Lohan she will be thrown behind bars if she does not stick to the terms of her extended probation - but the star's father has blasted the move. MADONNA has to sit in an ice bath for 10 minutes after every concert and undergo acupuncture therapy to relieve her aches and pains on the road.The 51-year-old pop superstar admits age and years of abuse on her body have caught up with her and now she has to take extra care to make sure she's always in tip-top form onstage. She tells Rolling Stone magazine the first few minutes in the ice bath is always painful, but "it feels so good afterward". And her pre and post-gig regime now includes a lot of tender loving care. It's from years and years of abuse, dancing in high heels, which is not great on your knees. "All dancers have injuries, but we just deal with them. KELLY CLARKSON's concert in Boston, Massachusetts on Tuesday (13Oct09) was marred by tragedy when a fan suffered a fatal heart attack.The 38-year-old man collapsed while the pop star was onstage at Boston University's Agganis Arena.
