You have to basically go through a review process. We only allow one site in the network per artist, so since there is a JB site, there cannot be anymore. We're pretty strict on the review process. Since we're providing the site for free the site owners have to keep the sites updated a couple times a week. It takes a considerable amount of time to set a site up like JonasBrothersFan.com, so it is like submitting a resume for review. We would want to know why you should run a site for them, for example, it can't simply be because you like the star, it would be something like the amount of experience you have running a site, writing skills, graphic skills, etc. And we only allow unique sites, so since there is already a site for the Jonas Brothers you can't create another Jonas Brothers site, only profiles "my fangap" section of the sites can be anything, a full featured site has to be unique.
