At Lexington
At Lexington

Well....it's 10:56 PM EST right now, so I thought since that I have nothing better to do....maybe you guys would be in the same situation and be willing to read about the marvelous life of Karleigh Santry...

First off, I would like to say happy 15th birthday to my wonderful cousin Ashley! Love ya darling!

We arrived home this morning from a two day, back to back, trip to Columbus, Ohio, and Lexington, Kentucky for some more Jonas Brothers/Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus concerts. Well, the first day was quite a bit of fun. We arrived in Columbus about 2-3 hours before the show and then we meet up with MARY AND BROOKE (<---we missed you guys soooo much!) So we chill and eat some delicious "Chipotle" burritos (another new restaurant discovery because of JB...haha) and then we run into Jessica and some of her friends (who we had met previously at Chris' show in Lima, OH) and they surprised Austin with JB meet and greet passes and he was pumped..his reaction was quite hilarious and I wasn't even there for the whole thing.

Then 5:45 PM comes along and we all go inside for the meet and greet. The meet and greet was actually held in a bar, I thought that was quite funny. We're all just standing there and all of a sudden the Jonas Brothers walk right into the bar right next to us and no one even really noticed it until they walked inside, then the screaming began.

When we walk in the bar, Katie and I recognize none other than the TAI CHI MASTER! That by far made my life complete by meeting him, so we took a picture with him and Frankie who was standing there too.

After the meet and greet we caught up with Austin who told his story like so:

It's true...he was put into a head-lock by Big Rob!

So then we search the world for a hotel for the night and finally get a good one. We stop at "Steak n' Shake" for dinner (yet another new restaurant discovery thanks to JB) and they had fantastic shakes. Then we get to the hotel and go to sleep, but we contiuously were woken up by the loud freakin' heater that rumbled every five minutes< P>

The next morning we wake up and enjoy our continenal breakfast, I even made my own waffel. Then we go off in the car for a three hour drive to Lexington for the next show. We ended up getting there uber early so we kinda just wandered about the arena all day doing nothing.

We started the day with ultra-sucky seats, but amazingly, while we picked up our meet and greet passes, tickets opened up, so just to see what kind of seats they were selling, we asked, they said floor seats. We figured, they can't be any worse than the ones we have, and bought them. We then go into the arena and check out where our seats were...to our surprise, they were the three seats directly in front of the catwalk, so you could say the seats were pretty darn good. We go to the meet and greet and then come back out to our seats and met the most adorable six year old ever! KAYLA!

Needless to say, the concert was amazing, especially from those seats. At the end of the concert, Miley plays the encore of "I Miss You", which is a song that was written for her grandfather when he died, it is an amazing song and if you haven't already listened to it, you should. Miley dedicated the song to her Uncle and Grandmother who were also in the crowd watching her perform that night. At about a third of the way through the song, this man trying to get his way through the crowd to catch Miley's eye. It turns out, it was her uncle. Once we realized that it was her uncle we let him come up next to us right in front of Miley and when Miley saw him, she started to cry. The song is so sad, that me and Katie started to cry, especially once we saw Miley tear up. Her uncle was so greatful for us letting him come up to the front and he was so kind I hope we can meet him again someday. Just seeing how much the song meant to Miley and her family was truly amazing.

See you at the next concert

Good Bye and God Bless

~Karleigh
