Our own Katie and Karleigh were on site at the Madison Square Garden taking pictures, and video for you to see of the event. Here's a daily run down of the girls time in New York:
Day 1 - Z100 and the Gardens
Today was an amazing day to our Jonas weekend. We first headed out to watch the Stripped Performance from Z100. The performance will be posted on Monday by Z100. You're going to see the Jonas Brothers perform an aucoustic set of your favorite songs and learn about what inspired the Jonas Brothers when they wrote the new songs from the "A Little Bit Longer" album. They also had some fans go on stage and ask the Jonas Brothers some questions. All in all it was amazing performance. So make sure you visit the Z100 website on Monday for this amazing footage.
From there we went to the Madison Square Garden to see the Jonas Brothers perform. Brooke Shields actually sat in front of us, she has some major OJD. Brooke Shields danced for almost every song, and really got into it. We don't want to ruin it if you haven't seen them perform at their "Burnin' Up" tour. We'll be posting some amazing video at the end of the week, a new "Destination Jonas" video, so keep watching the site for more.
Day 2 - Taylor Swift, and More!
Today was another amazing performance for the Jonas Brothers at the Madison Square Garden. Before the performance they informed us that they were filming for the upcoming 3D movie.
During the performance the boys had a special guest come on stage and sing; Taylor Swift. The performance was amazing!
The boys also told the audience that they would be showing up at the Virgin Records Store at midnight to be there to buy their album. We're sure there aren't enough copies on the shelves to accomadate everyone. Make sure you get yours as soon as it comes out, before the shelves are empty.
Day 3 - Robert from Rooney, and a Massive Crowd!
Tonight was the last show at the Madison Sqaure Garden, and what a show it was. The Jonas Brothers had a surprise guest perform with them, and that was Robert from Rooney, the performance was amazing as the Jonas Brothers performed with Robert on the piano.
During the performance a fan ran on stage. She was up there for a while, they finally had her removed.
After the performance, the boys invited everyone to the Virgin Records Store for the album release. We went last year, and this year was 20 times that. They had to basically close Times Sqaure to handle the crowd.
This was an amazing weekend, and be sure to watch our vlog for new video, and many guests that will be joining us. You never know who may end up saying "Yippy Skippy!".
So Much More...
All in all it was an amazing week. We don't want to forget the amazing performance that Demi Lovato did. Demi performs with all her heart. The amount of energy she puts into her performance is exceptional. This is one star that is sure to rise to the top.
